Basic Criteria for Nonimation

The individuals serving on a children's ministry board should possess a wide range of skills and qualities to effectively oversee and support the ministry's programs and initiatives. There are certain attributes that are sacrosanct these include:

Must be born again
Must have been a member of the ministry for at least 3 years
Must have gone through Foundation School
Must be actively involved in the cell ministry.
Must be a financial partner of the ministry
